Therapy Seekers
Group therapy offers a different kind of support than therapy: the additional benefit of peer support from others who have similar lived experience. Groups will include 4-8 individuals.
At this time the current chronic illness group is closed for enrollment. New group information will be added here once available.
Scheduling
Groups will generally meet Monday or Tuesday evenings at 7pm.
Investment
60-minute group session:
Sliding Scale $15-$55*
No insurances accepted.
*Payment is based on The Green Bottle Sliding Scale. Please refer to the image below. Tier 3 reflects a payment of $55; Tier 2 reflects a payment of $35; Tier 1 reflects a payment of $15. Limited Tier 1 spots available per group.
